Support
The fastest way to get help is to email owenosorio13@gmail.com. Tell us what you were doing and what happened — a screenshot helps a lot. Pipeline is built and supported by one person, so replies are personal rather than instant.
Deleting your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the app: open the Profile tab and scroll to Delete account. This removes your saved route and profile, your counselor conversations, your usage and subscription records, your uploaded photo, and the account itself. It is immediate and cannot be undone, so export or screenshot anything you want to keep first.
Your community activity goes with it. Your posts, your comments, any resources you shared, and your membership are all deleted at the same time — nothing is kept under a "deleted user" placeholder. Because replies belong to the post they sit on, deleting your account also removes replies other people left on your posts. If you joined the waitlist on this website with the same email address, that entry is removed too.
If you can't get into the app to delete the account yourself, email us from the address on the account and we'll do it for you.
A confirmation or reset email hasn't arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation mail is the most common thing to land there. If it still hasn't shown up after a few minutes, request it again from the app. If that fails twice, email us and we'll sort it out manually.
Your route looks wrong, or your goals have changed
You don't need support for this — Pipeline is built to be re-planned. Choose Update my direction, on your route or on the Profile tab, to have it rebuilt around new goals. Steps you have already completed or skipped are carried across, not thrown away.
Something the AI suggested looks wrong
It can be. Pipeline's suggestions are AI-generated and can be out of date or a poor fit for your situation — see the Terms for what that means. It is a planning tool, not professional academic, career, legal, or financial advice. If something looks badly wrong, please send it to us; specific examples are genuinely useful.
Purchases and billing
Any paid subscription is billed by Apple, not by us. To view, change, or cancel one, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't issue them ourselves. If a purchase didn't unlock what it should have, email us and we'll look into it.
Reporting or blocking someone in a community
Every post, comment, and shared resource has a Report action in its menu. Reported content goes to a moderator queue for review. If something needs urgent attention, email us directly rather than waiting on the queue.
The same menu has Block. Blocking someone immediately hides all of their posts and comments from you, everywhere in the community. It is one-directional and private — the person you block is not told, and they see no change. You can undo it any time from Profile → Settings → Blocked accounts.
